It isn't an actual ankle bone but the fibula that snapped. I don't think it hurts as bad as an actual ankle bone break. Definitely a sharp pain coupled with the soreness of some torn ligaments, but ibuprofen and rest is getting me through. 4-6 weeks and the air cast is done, then a year before it's back to how it was.

The exciting part was dropping off the rest of my deliveries while working the clutch with that foot. Every time I shifted I damn near passed out. Good times.
