..at last moment she notices the move, attempting to get out of the way she manages only to get nicked by the flying hooves. A snort is the only response. Eyes keep pinned to noble teacher and the ears lay back 'gainst the pole though not in anger but in determination. Planning a new tactic she makes a slightly wider turn, charging head on to attempt a face to face battle. Trickery would not work with her teacher but perhaps mare-to-mare combat would..
