I never thought I had any luck winning anything.. until... two years ago

Dels TV and Electronics store here had a grand opening on their new building, it was supposed to be by invitation only.. I got a invite in the mail.. was really surprised! The big day came and I wanted to go.. my husband didnt... he groaned and complained.. I said I would go by myself, no big deal... but Dels was giving away free food and you say free food and Indians always show up :o) My husband did not want me to go alone... so he complained as he put on his shoes... we drove the mile and a half to Dels... my husband complained cuz the parking lot was full and we had to park a block away... he complained he had to walk so far (as if he didnt need the exercise) he complained cuz we had to wait in line to get in... so just to be nice, on our invite I put both our names down... our invite was for the door prize drawings...

Well trying to make a long story short... he continued to complain... but got a little softer about it as he peered over the stereo system in the 1999 Ford Expedition Limited.. then we left...

Two weeks later a friend of my husbands came up to me in a grocery store... he said "So, how does it feel?" I said "How does what feel?" he said "You mean to tell me you dont know?" I replied "Know what?" this guy said "You really dont know!!" I said "Know what??" (the week before my husband had almost been killed in a car accident so I was waiting for really bad news) He said "You won the grand prize at Del's!" I was shocked! Almost fell over... then I thought I better ask... "What is it??" he laughed and told me we had won the home surround sound entertainment system...

I drove right over to Dels, and sure enough there was a big sign congratulating Will and Keely the grand prize winners.

The system is all sitting in the living room.. nice and pretty.. but we dont use it that often... it is a little on the loud side :o)
