Falk, they are a mystery to everyone. No one knows for sure where they came from, and why they suddenly disappeared. They were very advanced in knowledge, made copper arrowheads and etc. No body even knows where they got the copper. Some people think that they were related to the Aztecs. Somewhere, I have some research papers that I did when I was going to college in Oklahoma, and if I can find them, I will send you some copies. Please be advised that they may be outdated, as I did the research in the late 1960's. I started collecting Indian artifacs when I was about six years old, would find arrowheads when my father would plow the fields. By the time I was twenty years old, I had studied everything I could get my hands about the American Indian, and I then started doing my own research. The American Indian lived in harmony with nature, and we would all be better people today if we had learned the same things. Please have a great day! Kelley (Texas)
