(The screen opens up on the base.There are some chairs and a bunch of important people sitting in them.The General has a microphone.)

General X:Ok everyone, I think you'll be surprised at what you're about to see.We here at Fort X have been working on the new "X-14 Turbo Super-Tank"!

(The General pulls out a walkie-talkie.)

General X:Okey dokey.

(A big fat tank comes around the corner.)

General X:This baby can tank up two four direct missile attacks, and forget those L.A.Ws.If this thing can take an aircraft missile, you know it can take those L.A.Ws.

(The tank blows the shit out of a couple of targets.)

General X:Yes!Oh yeah!!AAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

(The General looks at the camera and runs over to it.)

General X:Did you get that?

Jeff:No.

General X:Good.That is super fucking top secret.So uh, what do you want?

Jeff:Corey's answer.

General X:Oh right.Well, Corey, it looks like this fed is reaching rock bottom.This fed is going under.Maybe the Prez should add GCW to another one of those "Top 50 and 100 E-Fed" lists.So, I'd be happy to join, but only as soon as this fed gets going again.It shouldn't take too long.Well, I got to go.The Super-Tank is too much to miss.I have to see the only thing that can match my strength in action.See ya.

(The General runs back over to the testing area.The screen fades to black as the Super-Tank stops and the General starts explaining what makes the Super-Tank unique among other tanks.)
