Alliance. As the surreptitious Julius Caesar once mentioned, "to divide, to conquer." And through this, his name survived the centuries... alliances, to survive, must be considered with care, not towards the convenience of the moment, but to the considerations and durability of future. Those are the dame d'court's ideas, though they remain impartial. The most organized the crime is, the most probability of overruling. It already happened. Now, the future must be achieved... and the outlanders, crushed. Implicit, is her actual capability of joining the council,though this must be decided by the leader, and only by the leader. Perhaps is just too much of vanity of her part to consider herself able to rule...
