And BTW, there's a reason there is no "extraneous BS" on the recruiting thread Rambacker started above: he posted information gleaned from his own sources. I have never had a problem with posts like those (there would be no reason to), and have never criticized those types of posts. It's only those where he took content from articles on websites and claimed it as his own that I took issue with.
