You know what? I really don't care if you're a lawyer, because clearly you're not familiar with copyright law. You perused over 20 college basketball boards..some moderators choose to curb this type of behavior (some spurred on by legal motivation, like the UMass basketball board), others decide to leave it be. That doesn't change the fact that it's a violation of copyright law. You can choose to deny this reality. That's your prerogative.

And yes, I do have something personal here. This issue affects me personally. I'm not going to go into particulars, but that is the reason why I keep bringing this up. It's a matter of respect. The authors of these articles that he lifted content from, I'm sure, don't appreciate it. But not only did Rambacker deny that the content was from these articles from recruiting sites (you'd have to be a blitering idiot to not realize it), but he was a real jerk about it. So yes, I do have a personal stake in this. But no, I don't care about your law background, because clearly you are not very familiar with copyright law. Actually I am quite familiar with copyright law, and there has been no copyright infringement here. I follow Rambacker's posts closely and each time you have accused him of copyright infringement, I have checked rivals.com, scout.com, hoopmasters.com and hoopscoop and it's not even close. We all know that recruiting information is released in many cases to many contacts on the same day, and Rambacker's posts always have much, much more content that the recruiting sites. But the main point is this - you are solely responsible for the shutdown of the basketball board. Your attacks have served as a catalyst for trollers to jump on your posts and pollute the site. Please drop your personal agenda and give Fordham fans a break. Continuing your blather only serves to hurt Fordham fans who rely on Rambacker for important information about our program.
