PLEASE MY FAMILY IS IN DESPERATE NEED FOR MONEY TO PAY THE IRS. WE OWE THEM THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. PLEASE WE CAN BARELY PAY OUR MONTHLY BILLS. WE HAVE TO DECIDE DOES THE KIDS NEED FOOD OR ELECTRICITY MORE? SO ONE OR THE OTHER GETS PAID AND EITHER THEIR STARVING OR OUR ELECTRICITY IS CUT OFF.
