STEP 3) You can now post to any of these message boards by cutting and pasting your saved word document into the body of the bulletin. Make sure to fill in the subject of your posting as this is the headline that will be the attraction for your readers. Click the post message button. Congratulations! You’ve posted your first bulletin!...THAT'S IT! All you have to do is jump to different newsgroups and post away.
