I am looking for more talent. As it is all of our RPers are fantastic, but I feel that more are needed to lift the quality of the fed in general.

I'm already looking all over for great skills as well as finding talent from inside my own little community.

I'm hoping some of you will be interested as it is a great fed. The cards are on time. It's never hard to find one of the Members of the UW Managment team, and we are consitantly planning joint PPVs with other federations and more.
