I've lost 130 (of 234 needed to lose) & I know how it is with the excess skin! My problem is on my thighs--Yuck! What we do at my gym, is wear athletic clothes under our bathing suits. I wear bike shorts & a sports bra - pull my suit on right over them (helps hold up the stomach skin, too.) This is really comfortable & helps me keep from making so many waves in the water aerobics class! (hehe) I hate those bigs skirts on bathing suits--all they do is float around & get in the way.

Anyway -- I've never seen a long-sleeved bathing suit, but You could shop for a scoop-neck T-shirt with 3/4-length sleeves & a lot a spandex to wear under a tank suit. You need to buy the shirt disgustingly small so it will hug your body when it gets wet. YOU MUST gently wash & air dry all spandex garments immediately after use, 'cause the chlorine kills them very quickly. ---GOOD LUCK!!
