The Squirrel walked his neighborhood, picking up his friends. He was determinded to make a name for himself, and the Salamanders were his chance to do it. He couldn't do it alone though. He was going to take them on with his small army of friends. They could almost be considered a gang, except that they didn't consider themselves one. You had Elmtail, Ash's friend since they had been dibbins. They had stuck together after both of their parents died, and were almost like brothers. Elmtail was a lot like Ash, he was a squirrel, but he was grey not red. Elmtail was also a little bigger than Ash, he was taller and had more muscle mass, but Ash was quicker and more agile. Then you had Ditch, he was a mole who's ancisters were said to have helped dig the actual sewer system for the city they now all lived in. The mole was the strongest of the bunch, and very powerful with his small size and so much muscle. Next you had Aaron. She was a hare and full of good humor, but when it came down to it, she could throw down with the best of them. The last two of the group were Lilly and Bruce. They were both mice and were the classic childhood sweetharts. They had begun their life in the more upscale part of town but some tragedy had caused both of thier family's to move to the slums. Bruce was very fond of Lilly and would give his life to protect her.
The team of beasts were setting out to find out about the Salamander threat.
