We're going to do ratings nice and simple. It's going to be completely unbiased. We're going to do it based on the team stats page:

PP
PK
PIM/G
GF/G
GA/G
SF/G
SA/G
And one last category, win percentage (still unbiased)
And one slightly biased category...Star player...For every star player a team has (80 or above), he gets +3.

Okay, lets say I'm the Wallazoo Hawks ad I'm 7th in PP, 8th in PK, 14th in PIM/G (less is better), 4th in GF/G, 10th in GA/G, 8th in SF/G, an 17th in SA/G, and he has the 4th best win percentage (most wins is the tiebreaker win percentage) now...this is the way it works...if you're the top team in a category you get a rating of 97. There are 30 teams in the league. Therefore, we'll drop by 3 each team we go down in the system, lowest team onlygets 10..So for the Wallazoo Hawks, he gets a 79 for PP, 76 for PK, 58 for PIM, 88 for GF, 70 for GA, 76 for SF, 49 for SA...and he has the 9th best win percentage...so therefore he's a 73 for that category...he has 2 guys above 80 so that's +6

You add all that up and get 569...add the 6 on for star players, you get575...then you divide that by the amount possible...there are 7 categories, so that's 700...so that team has a power rating of 82...you look at the other teams and that's his power ranking
