You’re invited to enter the online photo contest to win the title of King and Queen of the 2009 West Coast Pageant, Talent and Modeling Expo!We will crown the new Queens and Kings (0-8 & 9 & up) at 8:45 Sat. morning, the official start to the wonderful West Coast Expo weekend! You must be present to win. If winner is not present it will go to the next in line.
