I'm here in Japan training everyday. My strength will be improved 2x by the time I get back. Can Nick and Will perform moonsaults yet? Thats my biggest concern when I get back. I have to see some moonsaults. Right now I'm working at my mom's friends restaurant using their laptop. I'm telling you its child labour here at this restaurant. I get paid 1000yen a day($12). Its ok though because I just want to be here to help out. They are nice people.

Man, I have to get access to some cardboard boxes so I can train on my windmills. Shit, this place has no grass to practice any flips, its all frigin cement, so I just practice handstands and such.

At the Seifu supermarket, I found some donuts for Nick Ghattas. Nick you will probably like them. I'll get a pack for you. They are only about $1.20. Nick, when I see you I'm going to say " Can you perform a windmill?". You have to say "Yeah" with no expression showing that a windmill is a piece of crap move and I will say "Good for you" also with no expression indicating a windmill an easy piece of shit. Then we will both perform a windmill as if its nothing. If so maybe with the flares, remember?

This is for Nick,Marc,Curtis,Bison,Will and DJ garbage. You better be able to perform a moonsault or a backflip and it better be good (mostly for Will,Nick and Curtis since I always talk to them about it).You have to be able to perform a good moonsault, please. I know Ghattas has the upper edge on the moonsault since can do the technique and plus he has that pool.

I need more home footage to watch. I always watch INW Extreme, marc's backyard wrestling, and its hilarious. The UNO's lines are hilarious, especially Kite's. "Take care of these......Glasses... protect them... if I find one little scratch or anything, I'm going to fuck you up.. remember that." For some reason Marc stalls after "take care of these...." then he says glasses about a second later. It doesn't sound right. I laugh my head off everytime.

Moh Lash (or Nawrez, tell Nawrez to tell Moh to come to this site if he can) if you are reading this in Jordan, I found the best commercial and I'm going to record it. Its a Judo commercial and there are about 20 moves in it that we can learn from with all the names for each. Its amazing. Also Toban can train with us and he will be our dummy. I hope you are training in Jordan. Practice your backflip. I'm considering getting a membership at a fitness centre nearby my home. I love Japan. I have a bike so I can get around places, Its amazing.

Toban you better be practicing those kip ups everyday. I also have to see a backsault from Toban. Neil you have to do kip ups to.And Mat, you have to commentate for Marc's backyard wrestling. Just like old times.

I hope this message boosts your confidence levels(It sure has improved mine) in order for you to perform maneuvers you can't normaly do. For many of you, Backflips (moonsaults). Or maybe? I have to stay on top with acrobatic and stunt maneuvers. I'm afraid of that Nick Ghattas he's good..... Actually. No.

I'll send more messages very soon. Give me updates on your "New" ability progress. I have to know all or surprise me when I get back. I have to be impressed.
