Buying/building in a fairly obvious flood-plain is one thing, but a lot of good people finding their workplace arse-deep in stinking brown water is another. They fought their way back and their Grand Reopening was today (17th). Your Actual Mileage may vary, of course, but B.L. has always appealed to the Waste-not--Want-not ethic on which I was raised, and of the three in my area this was always the nicest one. If the people there aren't glad to be employed they always faked it convincingly. They kept their store cleaner, their rest-rooms improbably clean, and never gave the impression they'd sooner you just dropped off your money & went away!
