Seriously, if I had a lot invested in U.N.-violating trade with the Bully of Baghdad, I'd probably strive to buy him all the time I could to hide the evidence, too. But either that will reveal itself in time or it won't. Didn't Germany get busted once already, selling Iraq technology for Iraq's well-known Space Program? Not that it cost Germany a H*** of a lot, that time, but it happened.

no, I do NOT want to nuke France, or even demand that car-customizers stop "frenching" various features on their creations. Between Nightshade-sensitive Arthritis and Type-II Diabetes I feel obliged to recuse myself from the deliberations over "French" fries (blawst!) and "French" toast--beyond the question I asked.

OTOH if France is caught in some Arms-tech-for-oil dirty dealing, I think we ought to invite Citro�n and Renault to become U.S. Corporations. That would remove IMHO the best parts of France from the ...hissing-contests to follow (ever drive a Renault R-8?). RKBA! Regards, all.
