Subject: Any Experience With Sudarshan?

Before anyone writes back explaining how this technique is unrelated and totally different than the Kriya Yoga of Lahiri Mahasay, please note that I already understand this point very well.

However, I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with Sudarshan Kriya and if so what your thoughts were on this technique and its subsequent effects?
