Perhaps you can fill in a blank. Jotin told us at some point after Lynn's death that the SRF Board had tried to claim ownership of his church, and had failed because he had set it up as a legally independent entity and secured the funds for it himself. It was generally thought that there had been a legal case brought, settled in Jotin's favor.

Was there such a court case, and if so, where and when?
