Asha Praver a longtime close "devotee" of Kriyananda wrote to someone that he had returned to India and retaken his vows and that it was valid because it was between "him and God."

He now evidently believes he is in fact a swami again based upon the above. The first post was a passage quoted from the SRF Walrus site written in reply to Asha Praver.

So I guess Kriyananda, certainly Asha Praver minister of the Palo Alto Ananda Church, and probably others believe him to be a swami.

But as she said, "it's between him and God." I'm no fan of throwing dirt on Mr. Walters/Kriyananda anymore.
