I admire your egalitarian perspective, but I must agree with Ketch. While Master's mission is indeed universal, he was very clear that he wanted the work to be coordinated from the Mother Center. The analogy to the Catholic Church doesn't resonate with me, as we are close enough in time to the beginning of Master's Work to see that he founded an organization and entrusted his writings to that organization.
Its not that Master is "confined" to SRF....rather, SRF is the trustee of Master's teaching, in particular the lessons, and Master said that it is through the lessons that Kriyabans could establish their spiritual apprenticeship with him and the Kriya gurus. It is through the teaching, not SRF per se, that the guru-disciple link is forged.
