I am not the Anonymous from Ananda, so I think I can not answer your very good question. I have also The Path with ParamAhansa. Also, at Ananda altars the Sri Yukteswar picture they use is the same used at SRF, where he is looking to his left--Ananda in their site criticise SRF for reversing Sri Yukteswar picture. And the Lahiri Mahasaya photo they use is not the original photograph, but the same SRF picture.
