I'll have to look at this when I have more time. Unfortunately, I don't know which addition my friend's copy was, which in any case no longer exists; I had to replace it with a new edition after my cat did her business on it. :-(
He also lent me the Yukteswar book that you mention, and since he and I more or lessed discussed the two together, it's possible I conflated the two. I don't think so, but it is possible. As I said, I'll check on this.
In the meantime, you keyed me in on Burbank's testimonial letter, and I noticed something interesting, which I put in a post above.
