Which just goes to show how much rubbish is written in the name of yoga, and how many people are teaching without having any real experience or knowledge themselves.

Go to any new age bookshop and you can find hundreds of books about meditation and yoga. I suspect that the majority of people reading at this board have far more knowledge than the authors of most of these books, and most of the people teaching yoga at the moment.
