Yes, I remember reading about that all-night meditation during which he talked to Divine Mother in the presence of his closest disciples and she answered back to him out loud so they could hear. They have said about all the wonderful revelations and prophesies she gave Yogananda that night, and how after he slowly came back down from that consciousness he was never the same again. He said to them all that from now on he would always remain in that consciousness inwardly, but that no one except they would know it. I think that's the highest state of nirvikalpa samadhi, where he said that you never ever come back down from it again, and you always exist in the world with both full awareness of God and full awareness of the world *simultaneously*. I think it's the same state that Sri Ramakrishna said where you realize that both God and the world are one and the same, inseparable. They're both real, just two sides of the same coin. Nothing changes outside, only your inner realization.
