Subject: NO DISCUSSION OF KRIYA TECHNIQUES

Discussions about the secret techniques of kriya yoga are not permitted on this board. This applies also to techniques such as Ham-Sa.

All genuine lineages of kriya require these things to be kept secret. If a few others wish to poisen their spiritual life by publishing these secrets on the internet that does not mean we must do the same.
