I wrote what I wrote because:

1. Ketch accused me of giving away Kriya Yoga secrets when I posted about the Hamsa (Hong Sau).

2. Ketch mentioned the fact that Yogananda calls Hong Sau "Baby Kriya", thus making it seem as if it is somehow part of true Kriya Yoga, which it isn't.

"And, you refer to the 'Hamsa' Upanishad. Shouldn't it be the 'Soham' Upanishad ;-), according to your beliefs?"

Who cares what I (or you) believe? I care about truth.
