Where does Paramhansaji say that Hamsa is Kriya?
He called the Hong-sau technique he taught
"baby Kriya" or "silent Kriya" probably to
indicate that it had the same effect but more
slowly achieved. I don't recall anyone here
asserting that Yogananda owns the Hamsa technique.
However, as you pointed out earlier that Yogananda
did teach his Hong-sau technique somewhat
differently from what others had traditionally
considered to be the way to use that mantra. So
perhaps in fact the Hong-sau technique really
is really is his own?
Whatever the case, it works. As does the Kriya he
teaches.
