Hmmm, I don't know anything about this. In
my experience and understanding I would
think that the anja chakra plays a central role
in Kriya and the other techniques that
Yogananda teaches. I think this is also the
case in other lines of Kriya. I believe that
concentrating at the anja does tend to make
things happen at the top and bottom naturally.
Like I said earlier, it is perhaps the case
that Yogananda's use of the Hamsa mantra
is a result of his making it consistent with
the overall theory and aim of Kriya.
