Monday 20th- Friday 24th August 2001
Venue- Level 3 of 60 York Street, Sydney
$1320 (With assessment) or $1045 (Without assessment)

The Australian Property Institute together with the University of Western Sydney, are the co-convenors of a five-day professional course leading to the award of Professional Certificate in Advanced Corporate Real Estate from UWS. This is the fourth Professional Certificate in a series of five.

The components of this Professional Certificate Advanced Course are:
- Corporate Real Estate in the Business Environment
- Alignment of CRE Strategies
- Public and Infrastructure CRE
- Preparing a CRE Plan-Asset Management, Development & Investment
- Innovative CRE Techniques
- Regulatory Environment
- Risk Management
- Impact of Globalisation on CRE
- Measuring CRE Performance
- Transforming CRE Cost into Corporate Value
- Future Directions

University staff and leading property professionals active in Corporate Real Estate areas will present this program.

For those attendees wishing to gain the award of the Professional Certificate, a take-home research-based assessment will be issued in the closing session of the final day (Friday 24th August).

This will require the participants to structure a Corporate Real Estate Management Plan, which will be assessed by accredited examiners.

Attendance at the five day Course together with successful completion of the take-home assessment will result in the award of the Professional Certificate by UWS.

The certificate is equivalent to one Masters subject and can be articulated into the Master of Commerce Program in Property at the University of Western Sydney.

This Professional Certificate will enable members to significantly develop their expertise in Corporate Real Estate Management, as well as receiving a University of Western Sydney award.
