Subject: ? Weedeater RTE 115 electric motor part

I have a weedeater RTE 115 that just stopped working. I have taken it apart and determined that a severed wire connected to a piece of carbon brush (stator ??) was the root of the problem. A new motor costs $45 and all I need is the one small part.

Where can I purchase just the brush with the embedded wire and avoid a new complete motor?
