Keith: Turn both screws clockwise until they stop back each off 1 1/2 turns. Start, Adj H for max RPM with full throttle adj. L for good idle with little or no hesitation when throttling up. You may have to adj. You may then have to adj. H aagain a very small amount to get max output.
