Justin: Turn the set screw (or screws) clockwise just until they bottom, back off 2 1/2 turns. This should get you into ballpark to where it will run. If it still does not run check for dirtdoppers nest in exhaust. If it still does not run check for spark at plug. You can do this by removing plug attach lead and hold tip of plug against metal on motor housing you should see spark when pulling staring cord. If you have spark place plug back in remove air filter on carburator, squirt about half spoon of fuel into carb and pull a few times you should get it to run until fuel is gone. If it does run for a few seconds you probably have a carb. problem...Roe
