The first time I wore a thong at the beach, I wore a Solar tan-thru thong, which is pretty conservative as thongs go, but felt liberating nonetheless, when compared to my prior swimwear.

Then I "graduated" to a Dor� low-cut thong (which took some self-convincing to wear), that felt great once I got settled on the beach (you MUST shave to wear this thong!).

This year I'm planning to debut a few new suits at the beach that I've acquired over the winter: a white Prevail narrow-front rubberized lycra thong, a He Swimwear stars 'n stripes Ultra-Slim thong, and a Dor� VERY LOW Cut thong.

There are others I own that have only been used as underwear to this point: a blue Koala "Split Personality" that has separate shaft and jewel pouches, and a Koala Cream-colored "thrust" (shaft-up) thong...I'm not sure if I'll work up the courage to wear these, but you never know!

What to you dare to wear?
