I attach 5,000 lbs to my arms legs feet hands neck and sholders. The I do 4000 pushups, 4000 1 handed pushups with my left hand, 4000 1 handed pushups with my right hand, then I do 4000 1 finger pushups with each finger on my right hand then with each finger on my left hand. Then I do 4000 chinups, then I do 4000 chinups with 1 hand on each hand. then I do 4000 chinups with 1 finger on each finger. After that I do 4000 pullups, 4000 left hand pullups, 4000 right hand pullup, and 4000 pullups on each finger.
Then I do 5000 vertical pushups with each hand then with each finger. Then I concentrate my energy into 500 ki balls and shoot them at a reflector and dodge them for 3 hours then I fun 5 laps around the world. Then I fly 20 laps around the world, and swim in each ocean for 15 hours. Then I practice my sword swipes for 2 hours. After that I do 2000 cartwheels, 2000 frontfilps, 2000 backfilps, then I do 3000 frontfilp twists, 3000 backfilp twists. Then I bench press 3000 pounds 2000 times. After that I do 5000 curls with 3000 pounds.
