Subject: How about that!! In 1995 MissTrinidad&Tobago was 3rd runner-up,but Miss USA won Miss Universe.Miss T&T was white and MisUSA was black.Some times strange things do happen.

Arlene is a mix of several different races as are quite a number of MT&Ts. She is not "white"!
