Subject: He calmly walks up...

gently he puts his hands on her shoulders, leading her to the table, and allowing her to lay her hands on the table. He leaves the room, coming back with a bottle of something, some cloth, and a bucket of water with a large chip of ice in it. He smiles, "It's going to be alright, lass." He says with a smile. "Give me your hand." He says as he reaches for her right hand. He gently takes her hand and dips it into the cold water, relieving the pain a little. He dabs her hand dry and then takes the bottle and pours some sort of lotion on her hand, "This will help it heal faster, and relieve some of the pain." He explains and he gently applies the lotion. He then bandages her hand, and then does the same process with her other hand. Once both hands are done, he notes that she's still crying. He hugs her, "It's alright, things are going to be alright." He says, his irish accent dancing in his words lightly, "What's your name? My name is Dr. Jacob."
