To kaylynn-Your parents did absolutely the right thing in dressing you in the gown and bonnet with the diaper and rubberpants under it!They wanted you to be pure and innocent like a baby for your baptism and to keep your mind off of boys.It is unfortunate what your boyfriend did to you and i hope you broke up with him.I am catholic also and at my parish,all of the girls up to age 17 are required to wear the same outfit as you did for easter vigil baptisms and private and group baptisms.
