To Linda-You and your husband tell her that she has to wear the outfit and that if she refuses,ground her or take away her cell phone,something on that order.You must highly emphasize that being sexually active is not acceptable and that being pure and innocent like a baby for her baptism is what is acceptable in the eyes of god.If you get her to wear the outfit,then you must keep a close eye on her at all times so that she doesnt sneak of with a boy to fool around!
