Martha Sue Hardt of Boonville died Thursday (July 5, 2007) at her home. She was 65.

Born in Higbee, April 19, 1942, she was the daughter of Edward Comstock and Edith Jones Comstock.

She married Jake Leroy Hardt in 1973 in Denver, and he preceded her in death in 1980. She also was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Linda Weber.

She is survived by her children, Roy Hardt of Boonville, Eddie Schoennoehl of Columbia, Robert Hardt of Rocheport, Regina Twenter of Pilot Grove, Elvina Gerhardt of Boonville, and Ladora Rogers of Columbia, plus her brothers, Larry Comstock of Boonville and Kenneth Comstock of Texas. She also leaves 16 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Westminster Presbyterian Church on Spring Street in Boonville with the Rev. Lewis Odneal officiating. Burial will be at a later date in the state of California.

Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association.
