Howdy Kathy;

You will increase your chances of success immensely by re-posting your enquiry on Mr. Don Poss' other website [the Vietnam Security Police Association (VSPA) website at http://www.vspa.com/ ]. The Military.com website does have two USAF sergeants (an E-4 and an E-6) listed with the name of "Jimmy F. Williams". The E-4 had an MOS of 81150 (Security Police Technician) and the E-6 an MOS of 81172 (Law Enforcement Supervisor) and those two DoD records could be for the same guy at different times. No other useful information was available except that the E-6 was from NY.

This bulletin board is for all branches of service during the Vietnam era so it behooves you to try one that is focused on the Air Force's Security Police Squadrons. It's just a matter of probability; that's all. Good luck!
