Howdy J.;

The only homepage for the 67th Evacuation Hospital that I can find is at http://unitpages.military.com/unitpages/unit.do?id=108022 . They have 101 former members on their roster, but only a few of them have dates of service which overlap 1967. Wikipedia states that:

"The 67th Evacuation Hospital deployed to Qui-Nhon, Vietnam in October 1966, and moved to Pleiku in January 1971. The 67th Evacuation Hospital participated in 15 campaigns during the Vietnam War and was decorated with two meritorious unit commendation streamers embroidered Vietnam 1967-1968 and 1970-1972. In March 1973, the 67th Evacuation Hospital was inactivated in Pleiku, Vietnam."

The insignia of the 67th Evac. can be found at http://www.tioh.hqda.pentagon.mil/MedVet/67CombatSupportHospital.htm . Their motto is "Mihi Portate Vulneratos" [Bring Ye To Me (Your) Wounded]. Wow! That kind of chokes me up.

I'm sorry that my information is a little "dry", but I didn't arrive in Vietnam until 12/8/68 and was stationed elsewhere.
