Try taking a look at the Vietnam Security Police Association website at http://www.vspa.com/vspa.htm . Click on "Bases" and then on "Cam Ranh Bay". There is a list of about 200 Air Force guys who served at Can Ranh Bay many of whom were in the 12th SPS and who have dates of service which overlap yours.
