Jay, if his status was POW then it is right to have brought him home. It's not too late to drone the bad guys. If circumstances of his absence from base violated the UCMJ, then charge him. If he was PTSD from prior events, then let that defense develop. Do it all in public! Do not rely upon government to decide these issues behind closed doors. We all remember as if it were yesterday how our government played down our casualties and mistreated veterans' claims of agent orange.

The truth will surface, but first bring all POWs home. Any reason to the contrary needs to be closely examined.
