I'VE YET TO READ THROUGH ALL OF YOUR MATERIAL BUT FROM WHAT I'VE SEEN SO FAR- GREAT JOB! I WAS READING A BOOK WHICH MY PARENTS GAVE TO ME AND NOTICED THE WRITER KEPT QUOTING "PAUL" INSTEAD OF JESUS. I LOOKED UP THE VERSUS BEING QUOTED SO THAT MY INTERPRETATION WOULD BE BASED SOUNDLY ON THE CONTEXT IN WHICH IT WAS INTENDED. SAUL SEEMS TO CONTRADICT CHRIST'S TEACHINGS. HE IS A SELF-IMPORTANT, MEGALOMANIAC. CHECK THIS OUT - THIS IS FROM THE FIRST LETTER TO TIMOTHY VERSE 20, "Of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I have delivered unto Satan, that they may learn not to blaspheme." HERE IS A MORTAL MAN NOT EVEN OF THE APOSTLES OF CHRIST ELEVATING HIMSELF TO THE POSITION OF GOD BY STATING THAT HE PERSONALLY DELIVERED THESE TWO MEN TO SATAN! SO FROM SAUL'S POINT OF VIEW HE HAS JUDGED THESE AS BLASPHEMOUS MEN AND SENTENCED THEM TO HELL. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING THAT PEOPLE DO NOT QUESTION THIS. THE GREAT MAJORITY OF THE NEW TESTAMENT ORIGINATED FROM THE MURDEROUS SAUL AND HIS COMPATRIOTS. I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO POINT EVERYONE'S ATTENTION TO VERSE 9. "Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers..." THE LAW IS NOT MADE FOR THE RIGHTEOUS MAN? IS HE SERIOUS? WHO AMONG US IS RIGHTEOUS IN THE EYES OF THE LORD? LET ME QUOTE ANOTHER OF "PAUL'S" ALLEGED WORKS ROMANS 3:23, "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" HERE "PAUL" IS SAYING THERE ARE NO RIGHTEOUS MEN! I'D LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT EACH GOSPEL PRESENTS THE LIFE OF CHRIST DIFFERENTLY SOMETIMES SEEMING TO CONTRADICT ONE ANOTHER BUT THOSE BOOKS WERE WRITTEN BY DIFFERENT PEOPLE WITH DIFFERENT POINTS OF VIEW. IN THIS LIGHT THERE IS NO REAL CONTRADICTION. SINCE THE EPISTLES ARE SUPPOSEDLY WRITTEN BY "PAUL" AND ARE FILLED WITH CONTRADICTIONS THIS INDICATES THAT "PAUL" WAS A LIAR. IF THERE'S ONE SIGN OF A LIAR IT'S A CHANGING STORY OR BELIEF SYSTEM FULL OF CONTRADICTION. I WONDER HOW MUCH OF THE ORIGINAL TEACHINGS OF JESUS REMAIN IN OUR MODERN HEAVILY EDITED BIBLES. ONE THING THAT I BELIEVE IS THAT JESUS WAS GNOSTIC.
