Kabhi main yaad aaoon to

Kabhi tanhai ki raatain
Tumhain ziada sataein to

Kabhi titli na bolay to
Aur jugnoo lout jaye to

Kabhi jab dil bhi bhar jaye
Koi jab sunn na paye to

Agar sab dost sathi bhi
Jo tum se rooth jaaein to

Kabhi jab khud se lar lar kar
Thakan se choor ho jao

Kabhi chahtay huay bhi khud akelay
Ro na paao to

Apni aankhon ko band karna
Mujhay aawaz de dena

Aur phir meray tasawwur se
Jo chaho batain keh dena

Meray kaandhay pe sir rakh kar
Tum jitna chaho ro lena

Phir khud main jab loat jao to
Us he duniya chalay jana

Magar bas itna kehna hai
Ke jab bhi dukh ya khushiyon main

Hamain dil se pukaro gay
Hamain tum saath pao gay ... !
