Who gives a rats ass what eBay has blowhard, despite what you may think with your little lawyer mind, there is nothing you, ebay, or any court can do about us bidding on things you bid on.

If we win we pay it DON'T matter if we need it or not(IT"S CALLED FREE INTER PRISE. It also isn't against the law to advise eBay that your bidding illegally (CAUSE YOU ARE BANNED) and that's are duty as a subscriber.

This is just another case of you crying wolf about taking someone to court, for years you have made idle threats, harassed, threatened harm, interfered with legitimate businesses, impersonated an officer and numerous other untold civil and criminal crimes.

I hope your Federal Court is in the jurisdiction from where these injustices took place, where is eBays server? where is voy's server? from where did the messages originate that's a lot of questions you will have to answer MF.

As for an expensive lawyer that's a laugh if your the fool prosecuting your case then any 6 year old kid with a pocket law dictionary could beat you. We are all waiting breathlessly for our court papers to arrive (have you ever heard of malicious prosecution) If I were you I would look it up before I started filing papers from my Lawyer for Dummy's program.

When did you say we would be served by the middle of next month? I can hardly wait. You have absolutely no idea how much we have in volume on all you have said and done. The letters alone from people besides us who have dealt with you on a one time basis would fill a box. I want you to think about all the people over the last several years you have threatened, identified your self as a policeman to, bought and didn't fulfill your contract to, sent obscene letters and e-mails to, these will be your downfall MF.

As for Mr. Dave Arnold the salt of the earth a finer person as you will find anywhere I hope your not referring to when he had to e-mail your previous employer because you were threatening him on company time with company equipment. Because anyone has the right to complain about treatment by a company that SERVES THE PUBLIC.
