Is this item for the Des Moines Police Dept.'s Historical Artifacts Preservation society? Bottem line, patrolman: Stop bidding on items that you hAae no used for and/or are bidding on just to harrass me; to cause me distress and alarm. You think that you're free to do anything that you want to just because your a lowly patrolman on the crookedest, most corrupt police dept. west of the Mississppi. What if you don't?
