Year 2003, 2004, 2005 wasn't good for M-F (My-Friend). He has no bright side because the sun can't get around his fat

With that in mind I hope 2006 is a disaster.

I have this article enlarged and hanging in my office.
I gave it a title:

"NEWTON'S LAW"

Conn. man indicted on charge of stalking

HAMPTON FALLS - A man, who was convicted of impersonating a police officer and two counts of violating a restraining order in 2003, was indicted this week by a Rockingham County grand jury on a charge of stalking.
William Alexander Parks, 52, of 28 Newport Ave., Mystic, Conn., was arrested and charged on Nov. 16.

Police allege that Parks violated a stalking order, which was issued out of Hampton District Court in 2003.

A stalking order prohibits contact between parties, and lasts indefinitely.

Parks allegedly violated the order by contacting a former girlfriend via a civil writ.

Parks had filed a lawsuit in Rockingham Superior Court against the woman and the towns of Hampton Falls, Seabrook and Kensington. The suit also names many others, including Seacoast Newspapers, the publisher of The Hampton Union. That case has since been moved to U.S. District Court in Concord.

The lawsuit stems from the events leading up to his arrest in 2003 and the aftermath of his conviction.

According to court documents, Parks needed to get permission from Hampton District Court to serve the woman with the lawsuit.

Parks pleaded guilty in Hampton District Court in 2003 to two counts relating to the violation of a protective order and one count of impersonating a police officer. He was sentenced to one year in the Rockingham County House of Corrections.

Parks was arrested after he violated the restraining order that was filed by the former girlfriend. He also was charged with impersonating a police officer on Sept. 28, 2003, when he showed a Seabrook officer a deputy badge.
